Obituary
Barbara Anne Owens a longtime resident of Shawnee Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2020 in Okahoma City at the age of 80. Barbara was born in Konawa Oklahoma on September 13, 1937, Robert and Louis Snider. she had one sister Shirley Sue Martin and brother in law Bobby Martin. Barbara then became the first female bails bondsman of Shawnee Oklahoma in 1979 and went on to run many businesses with her husband Donnie Owens. Barbara was a firecracker, she was always on her feet and loved to go shopping. She enjoyed being with family and loved to cook. She collected angels, and loved fishing with her parents. Her legacy will be remembered by all that knew her.
