Blake Spencer Huxley, born on December 30, 1989, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, left this world on May 31, 2026, his vibrant spirit extinguished but forever burning brightly in the hearts of those who loved him. Blake was a man who lived with a fierce passion for life, embracing the wild freedom found on motorcycles and dirt bikes, the serene solace of fishing and camping, and the soulful expression of playing guitar and singing. Each of these pursuits painted the portrait of a soul who sought connection, adventure, and harmony in every moment.
Blake’s journey began in the heart of Oklahoma City, blossoming into a life rich with family bonds and treasured friendships. He is survived by a loving constellation of family: his mother Stephanie and stepfather Dwane Montgomery; his brothers Matthew Huxley, Jason Huxley, and Corey Packard; and his sisters Angel Huxley and Patience Montgomery. The fabric of Blake’s world is further enriched by his grandmother Barbara Montgomery, aunt Amber Huxley, and his cherished children, Makayla Carter and Chloe Wright. His legacy continues through his nieces and nephews Jacelyn, Teighan, Serinitie, Katie, Timberlynn, Draven, Justin, Adalynn, and Elijah each carrying a piece of Blake’s enduring light forward.
Blake was preceded in death by his father James Packard, grandmother Dana Huxley, and grandfather Jim Whitaker, whose memories live on as quiet guardians at the edges of his story.
The imprint Blake left extends beyond mere memories; it is a tapestry woven with threads of joy, laughter, and the restless yearning for adventure. His love of motorcycles and dirt bikes spoke to his untamed spirit; fishing and camping were his communion with nature’s quiet majesty, and his music was a bridge between hearts. Through these passions, Blake connected with family his true north and they with him, in a language of shared moments and eternal understanding.
Those wishing to remember and honor Blake will gather first for a visitation at Brown’s Family Funeral Home, located at 416 E Broadway in McLoud, Oklahoma, on June 7, 2026, from 12 noon until 6 PM. This time will offer family and friends a moment to reflect, share stories, and find strength in one another’s presence.
Blake Spencer Huxley’s life is a testament to a spirit that never settled, a heart that always sang, and a soul forever embedded in the wild and tender rhythms of life. Though he has passed from this earthly plane, his story will continue to echo in the laughter of children, the hum of engines, the crackle of campfires, and the strum of guitar strings all indelible marks of a man who truly lived.
