Brenda Carol Rooks entered this life on December 7, 1962 to Ellis and Ramona Rooks in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Brenda entered into eternal rest on January 18, 2021 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 58. Brenda had many joys in her life especially when it came to her family; she enjoyed gathering together whenever she could. Brenda also enjoyed photography, cooking, NASCAR, WWE wrestling, genealogy, country and gospel music, and using her green thumb to grow herbs and flowers. Brenda started work at Tinker Air Force Base and devoted many years there. She began as a clerk typist and the family joke is when she applied she wrote on her resume' clerk Yypist and she was still able to get the job. She worked in the civil shrive career until she left in 2014 where she enjoyed the B-1 Program. Preceding Brenda Carol Rooks in death are both maternal and paternal grandparents, Grady and Marie Musgrave and Ellis (Sr) and Marie Rooks. Left to mourn her passing are both her parents, Ellis and Ramona Rooks, her sister, Ellisa and husband Tommy Sparks of Harrah, Oklahoma. Her brother, Bobby Rooks of McLoud, Oklahoma, Her four nieces, Marissa Hinton of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Baylee Rooks of McLoud, Kaylee and Laci Sparks of Harrah, Oklahoma, Her two nephews, Grady Rooks of McLoud, Oklahoma and Michael Spark of Harrah, Oklahoma. Along with aunts and uncles and lost of cousins and many good friends.
