Charles David Chronister was born on October 29, 1938 to William and Ella Chronister in Calvin, Oklahoma. Charles entered into rest on June 16, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 79. Charles was a hard working man that took time to enjoy the little things in life. He loved spending time with his beloved wife, Ollie especially through traveling. Charles enjoyed traveling to various historic sites with his family. Charles was an outdoorsman who loved interacting with his animals such as, ducks, turkeys, and his donkey. In later years Charles would spend time at casinos. Preceding Charles in death are his parents, William and Ella Chronister, two sisters, and one brother. Left to mourn his passing is his beloved wife, Ollie Chronister, three sons, Terry and wife Lisa Chronister, William and wife Alice Chronister, and David and wife Rosana Chronister. Three daughters, Charlotte and husband Steven Johnston, Bonita Tooker, and Patricia and husband Mike Banning. Two brothers, Billy Chronister and Jimmy and wife Kay Chronister and one sister, Sandy Braydon. Along with 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. As well as a host of other family and friends. A memorial serice for Charles Chronister will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2:00pm in McLoud, Oklahoma at the Riverside Cemetery. Services entrusted to Brown's Family Funeral Home of McLoud, Oklahoma.
