Cindy Louise Cox entered this life on February 22, 1958 to Jack and Bessie Louise Tibbs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cindy entered into eternal rest on March 1, 2022 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 64.

Cindy was a huge animal lover. She enjoyed the animals she had as well as helping any animal that needed her. She also loved helping people. She was known to never say no to acts of service. She had a green thumb when it came to her gardening and was a big Breast Cancer Awareness Advocate.

Preceding Cindy in death is her beloved husband Jimmie Cox, her parents, and her sisters, Jane Gonzalez and Connie Youngblood. Left to mourn her passing are her two brothers, Troy Tibbs and Donald Tibbs. Her sister, Sue Steffey. Her two nephews, Donald Youngblood and Josh Gonzalez. Her two nieces Tammy Canada and Cassandra Tibbs. Along with her dear friend Beverly Smith and a host of other family and friends.
