Cynthia Sue Simon of Tecumseh was born June 9, 1951 to Jimmie and Nora Frazier in Shawnee Oklahoma. She passed this life on September 17,2019 in Tecumseh Oklahoma. Cynthia enjoyed doing her fill in puzzles, fishing at the river and loved to dance. Preceding Cynthia in death are bother her parents, two brothers Thomas and Harold Fox, one grandson Christopher Bailey, and Larry Joe Simon. Left behind to mourn her passing, one son Robert Simon, one daughter Scarlett Simon and Mark Higgins, one step daughter Elizabeth Keffer, step son Michael Petty and boyfriend Mike Petty.Five grandchildren; Jennie Simon - Journey, Kyle Rogers - Simon, Nakota Higgins, Nakiya Higgins, and Nakayla Higgins. As well as two great grandchildren. Along with a host of other family and friends. Cynthia's legacy will be remembered by all that knew her.
