Darren Lee Sheppard was born to William and Shera Sheppard in Oklahoma City Oklahoma on February 23, 1960. Darren unexpectedly passed this life on December 13, 2018 in Chandler Oklahoma. Darren enjoyed many things in life, including mowing and working on his yard. He enjoyed watching football especially Baker Mayfield, he was an excellent cook and enjoyed water and snow skiing. But most important in his life was his family. Darren could work on anything and would offer to be the family handy man at times, he had an open heart to everyone. Darren was a giver and a fixer but most importantly he was a husband and a father. Darren retired from hertz as a heavy equipment mechanic and has spent the last four years working at Chandler Public Schools. Preceding Darren in his Passing is his father William Sheppard, two uncles, Charles and Jonny Smith, two aunts Tommie Scanting, and Norma Chestnut, and a cousin Shonnie Ennis. Left behind to mourn his passing is his mother Shera Sheppard of Oklahoma City, the Love of his life and wife Quita Sheppard of the home, and three children; Cole Arren Sheppard, Peyton Leigh Sheppard, and Jacob Wilson Sheppard all of the home. Two grandchildren; Nola Madden, and Faith Dart. and two brothers Paul Sheppard of Nicoma Park, and Wesley Sheppard of Yukon. Along with a host of other family and friends. Darren's legacy will be remembered by all who knew him. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our McLoud Location Thursday December 20, 2018.
