David Gerald Cook entered this life on August 3, 1954. David entered into rest on August 21, 2022. David died at home surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 68 after years of struggling with a rare disease called Wegeners Granulomatosis.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Francis Cook and his mother, Barbara Jean McClure Cook. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Cook; his sister, Deborah Davis and his nephew, Raymond Hill and many other beloved family members.

David was a fun loving husband of 44 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, nature, and animals. He was a faithful member of the Jehovah's Witnesses and attended the local Kingdom Hall in McLoud, Oklahoma. He was comforted in the promise from God that gave him hope for a better future under his Kingdom arrangement.
