David Glynn Fulbright was born March 22, 1962 to Elgin and Viloa Fullbright in Shawnee Oklahoma. David enjoyed frisbee golf, going fishing, and being at the casinos. Preceding him in death are both his parents, and one brother Harold. Left behind to mourn his passing is his two sisters Lisa Prince, and Norma Gene Green. Along with one brother Steven Fullbright. David's legacy will be remembered by a host of other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
