David Paul Heisey entered this life on March 26, 1944, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, to John and Bertha Heisey. He entered into eternal rest on October 5, 2024, at the age of 80.

David was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bertha Heisey; his daughter, April Lynnae Heisey Harrell; granddaughter, Alyssa Leann Bloyed; and brothers, John A. Heisey, Winston Heisey, and Peter Heisey.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Lynna Heisey; his children, Mark Wesley Heisey, Matthew David Heisey and wife Christy, Lara Elizabeth Bloyed and husband Brian, and son-in-law Eddie Harrell. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Kyrie, Katarina, Elias, Lael, Dylan, Zechariah, Cody, Ashley, Elijah, and Abagail; as well as his great-grandchildren, Noah, Addisyn, and Cade.

David is also survived by his siblings, Jean Heisey, Robert Heisey, Kathy Turner, Andrew Heisey, and Russell Heisey.

David had a deep love for reading, spending time with his family, and working with his hands, whether it was fixing cars with his boys or remodeling homes. Family was always his number one priority.

He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force for 4 years, followed by a dedicated 30-year career in civil service at Tinker Air Force Base.

David's devotion to his family, his work, and his country will forever be remembered by those who loved and knew him.
