Donald Ray Napier was born to Ray and Beulah Napier in Purcell OK. He passed this life August 26, 2019 at his home in Spark with his family by his side. Donald lived and breathed fishing and enjoyed every second of it. He ws a man of many talents and loved working with his hands, wether it was tinkering around the house or doing his wood working. Preceding him death are both his parents and one child. Left to mourn his passing is his wife Peggy Napier of the home, seven children, 34 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. As well as a host of other family and friends.
