Frederick John Knippenberg Jr. ( Thumper) was born January 18, 1940 to Frederick and Lillian Knippenberg in Chicago Illinois. He passed this life October 6, 2021 at his home i. Wellston surrounded by his family at the age of 81. Thumper was a motor cycle enthusiast. He wrote articles for the Thunder Roads magazine of Oklahoma, he was the Oklahoma City chapter founding father for the Rogues MC that he brought from Chicago. He was also one of the founding fathers of the Outlaw MC Oklahoma City chapter. Thumper truley enjoyed the company of people and traveling. Preceding him in death are both his parents, one sister Nancy Gallois, daughter Connie Knippenberg, and son Donovan Knippenburg.Left behind to mourn his passing is his wife Monique Knippenberg of the home. six children; Elaine Knippenberg, Johnny Knippenberg, Darwin Knippenberg, Becky Combs, Eli Knippenberg and wife Danielle, and Teressa Knippenberg. Along with three step children Anthony Clark, Nickie Echols, and Christy Hall. Along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by the Rogues MC and Outlaw MC. Fred's legacy will be remembered by a host of other family and friends.
