Gaylon Randall Franklin Sr. was born on June 9, 1938 left this life February 5, 2019. He will be survived by his wife Lillie of 61 years. He will also be survived by his son's Gaylon Jr. and family. Steven and family. Daughter Loretta and family. Along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gaylon will also be survived by his brother Keith and sisters, Jeannie, Carole, and Marcy Franklin and their families. Gaylon will be leaving behind many many nieces and nephews, along with many many friends. Gaylon graduated from Chilocco Indian School in 1958. During his journey of life he not only helped raise a family he also became second Chief of the Sac and Fox Nation for many years, during this time as second Chief he had many achievements to change and to help better the Sac and Fox community. The services and dinner will be held at the same location on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 9:00am with burial following.
