Ivan Dewayne Tapp of Oklahoma City was born February 26, 1964 to Charles and Janice Tapp in Duncan Oklahoma. Ivan passed this life November 3, 2021 in Oklahoma City with his family by his side. Ivan loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Ivan was a family man and spending time with his family was the highlight of his life, but nothing was more important to him then his God. Preceding him in death are both his parents, two sisters; Debra Tapp and Dana Tapp. and great nephew Kaden VanScoy. Left behind to mourn his passing is his sister Tammy VanScoy, Justin VanScoy, three nephews Gavin, Gunner, and Justin Charles, and one niece Breann. Three great nieces; Jessica, April, and Brittany, and one great nephew Dusty.
