Joe Lee McGowen was born November 21, 1939 to Babe and Opal McGowen in California. Joe Passed this life on January 18, 2026 in McLoud Oklahoma at the age of 86. Preceding Joe in death are both his parents, and his sister Elouise Harlan. Left behind to mourn his passing is his brother Larry McGowen and severl nieces and nephews; Troy McGowen, Macie Elliot, Shelly Gay, Tonya Davis, Scott Harlan, and Tammy Harlan. Joe loved riding his motorcycles, and spending time tinkering with his bikes and motors. He enjoyed spending time at the drag strip racing. Joe's legacy will be remembered by all who knew him.
