John Floyd Daniel Jr. John F. Daniel Jr. passed from this life on September 6, 2019 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was laid to rest in a private family celebration of life September 9, 2109 in Woodward, Oklahoma led by Scott Mitchell. John was born December 6, 1925 in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma to John Floyd Daniel Sr. and Lessie Marie (Meek) Daniel. John was married to the love of his life, Juanita Irene Smith on May 21, 1945 at Watonga, Oklahoma in a double ceremony with her sister, Maxine, and Leonard Robinett on the sisters' parents' wedding anniversary. John and Juanita moved to California for a short while and returned to Oklahoma to persue higher education. Throughout his professional life John attained certification as a Registered Watchmaker, leading him to become the official timekeeper for the Santa Fe Railroad; and as a Certified Gemologist earning membership in the American Gem Society. John and Juanita owned Northrup Jewelry in Woodward from 1952 until their retirement in 1994, which was also the 100th anniversary of the business. John was preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of over 73 years Juanita in 2018. He is survived by his children Sherry Kraisinger Mulkey and Terry Lynn Daniel and wife Sherry Jo; daughter-in-law Debi Daniel; five grandchildren: Kandyce Kraisinger Mitchell and husband Scott; Kory Kraisinger and wife, Nancy; Trevor Daniel and wife Alicia; Zack Daniel and wife, April; and Tatum Nitzel and husband, Michael Nitzel. He was also blessed with 11 great grandchildren: Sean McAtee, Liberty and Joey Mitchell; Kori Beth, Jonathon and Lillian Kraisinger; Brianna Daniel; Macy Rae and Jared Nitzell; Bailey and Wade Daniel.
