Joshua Given III was born on June 18, 1948 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Joshua Given II and Hannah Given. Joshua entered into rest to be with his son on January 25, 2019 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Joshua proudly served his country in the United States Army for many years. He was a big sports fan of football, tennis, and basketball. He was an active man who loved to compete in many games such as Bingo and Domino's. Anything to be involved and surrounded by family and friends. Joshua never meet a stranger and was loved by everyone he would meet. He enjoyed reading his Bible and placing his trust in the Lord. He loved and cherished and some would say worshiped his only son Ronald Given. Joshua Given III is preceded in death by his father Joshua Given II, his mother Hannah Given, his spouse Charlene Given, sister Mary Louise (Nikie) Given, brother Ronald Given I, and beloved son Ronald Given II. Left to mourn his passing is his sister Eva M. Given-Kopaddy, two nephews Christopher M. (Billy) Cordts and Derek Lee Kopaddy along with a host of other family and friends. Services for Joshua Given III will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 10:00am at the Living Word Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Along with another service to be held Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 11:00am at the Post Oak Cemetery in Indianhoma, Oklahoma. A prayer service for Joshua Given III will be held Monday, February 4, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Post Oak Church in Indianhoma, Oklahoma.
