Judy NaVon Stevens was born on February 18, 1949 to Ola Boyce "Pete" and Frances NaVon (Greenway) Peters in El Cajon, California. Judy entered into eternal rest on December 15, 2020 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 71. Judy was always talented and known for her detailed ceramics painting, beautiful knitting & crocheting, and creative sewing. It was said she could knit or sew anything anyone could imagine. Judy was very proud of following in her father's footsteps with a green thumb for gardening and likely enjoyed that the most. In her early professional life, she spent some time working in sewing factory and a long-term care facility. For many years she helped with her husband's masonry business, and later in life obtained her CDL and partnered with her husband doing long haul trucking. However, the job she was most proud of was that of mother and caretaker. Preceding her in death are her parents Ola Boyce and Frances NaVon Peters, and her brother David Boyce. She is survived by one brother Richard Joyle Peters and one sister Mary Gail Alvarez. Left to mourn her passing is her beloved husband, Clovis Jefferson Stevens of the home in Dale, OK. Three daughters include Jerri NaVon (Diesel) Mikles of Elk City, OK, Christy Bennet of Dale, OK, and Mary Beth Noble of Shawnee, OK and five sons - Michael Dwayne Diesel of Leadville, CO, Chad Stevens of Bartlesville, OK, David Stevens of Bartlesville, OK, Robert Alan Diesel of Gresham, OR, and CJ Stevens Jr. of McLoud, along with 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
