Julia Lucille Roebuck was born on November 19, 1930 to John and Lona Newberry in Maysville, Oklahoma. Julia entered into rest on March 2, 2019 at the age of 88. Julia made sure to live her life to the fullest. She was known for her green thumb when it came to her gardening. She enjoyed going to the casino and was a part of the VFW Auxiliary. What she enjoyed most in life is being surrounded by her loved ones and spoiling her grandkids and great grandkids. Preceding Julia Roebuck in death are her parents John and Lona Newberry, beloved husband Kenneth Roebuck, sister, Lola Lee Weatherford, brother, Willis Newberry, her infant son, John Alvin Russell, son, Larry Russell, and son, James Russell. Left to mourn her passing is her son Louis Russell of Norman, Oklahoma, daughter, Judy Irick of Little, Oklahoma, son, Earl Russell and wife Peggy of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Shirley Bennett and husband Kenny of Shawnee, Oklahoma, daughter, Cathy Russell and Kathy Burton of McLoud, Oklahoma. Daughter in law, Debbie Russell of Shawnee, Oklahoma, sister, Ophelia O'Neal and husband Bill of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, brother, Johnny Ray Newberry and sister in law Elva Newberry. As well as 23 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren. Along with a host of other family and friends. Memorial service for Julia Lucille Roebuck will be held March 11, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Tecumseh Housing Authority. Address is 601 Leisure Lane, Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
