Katie Jo (Middleton) Sargent entered this life on January 19, 1971 to Geraldine and Dwayne Middleton in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Katie entered into eternal rest on July 21, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the young age of  52.

Katie was raised in Prague, Oklahoma and was a high school graduate of Prague High School with the class of 1989. She dedicated 18 years working for the Shawnee Medical Center.

Preceding Katie in her passing are her grandparents, Bill and Rosie Middleton and Malone and Ima Morris. Her two aunts, Jean Wallis, Linda McConnell, her uncles, Terry Middleton, Gerald Middleton, Cecil Cockman, Jimmy Morris, and cousin Elwanda Billins. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Chad Sargent, her parents, Geraldine and Dwayne Middleton. Her brother, Terry Don Middleton. Her mother-in-law, Cheryl Henry and her sister-in-law, Nora Bishop. Her 12 nieces, 9 nephews, 2 great nephews, and 1 great niece, along with a host of many family and friends.
