Marilyn Ruth St. Denis was born on December 9, 1937 to Donald and Doris Stockwell in New Britain, Connecticut. Marilyn entered into eternal rest on August 28, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Marilyn was a proud member of her Catholic Church and enjoyed serving her church and her Lord. Marilyn was also very talented at sewing and knitting. You could also always see Marilyn reading a book or going on daily walks. She grew up in Connecticut before deciding to move to the country. She also was a foster mom and enjoyed time with her family and raising her children. She married the love of her life and was married for 49 years. Preceding Marilyn in death are both her parents, Donald and Doris Stockwell and one brother, Robert Stockwell. Left to mourn her passing is one brother, Richard Stockwell, three children, Sandra St. Denis, Linda St. Denis, and Ronald St. Denis. Three grandchildren, Chelsea Mendes, Courtney Mendes, and Elsa Balles-St. Denis. Along with a host of other family and friends. A private family service will be held by the family. Services entrusted to Brown's Family Funeral Home of McLoud, Oklahoma.
