Minnie Belle Brown was born on March 23, 1943 to Johnny and Alice Flewallen in Indiahoma, Oklahoma. Minnie entered into rest on April 30, 2018 at the age of 75 in Shawnee, Oklahoma surrounded by family. Minnie was not only a lover of life, but a lover of God. She devoted herself to her Lord by diligently reading her bible, singing and listening to Christian music, and showing kindness to every one she came into contact with. Minnie also enjoyed watching westerns and painting ceramics. Minnie was known for her talent of yodeling and loved the presence of her dog Jada Belle and her family. Preceding Minnie in death are her parents Johnny and Alice Flewallen, three brothers, Wayne Blevins, Howard Blevins, and Fred Flewallen. Eight sisters, Sybil Sterling, Nettie Sterling, Lilly Lee Sterling, Janice Perryman, Doris Asbury, Eva June Ford, Margie Moore, and Bertie Haynes. One grandchild Joel Allen Bowser. Left to mourn Minnie's passing are her two daughters, Brenda Max and fiancé Sammy Green of Del City and Doreen and Buck Wooten of Harrah. Two sons, Randall and wife Shelly Bowser of Chandler, and Scott and wife Tami Brown of McLoud. Two brothers, Walker and wife Sherry of Flewallen of Lawton and George Earl and wife Ruth Ann Flewallen of McLoud. One sister, Carolyn Close of Chickasha. Along with numerous granchildren and great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Graveside Service for Minnie Brown will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10:00am at the Riverside Cemetery in McLoud, Oklahoma. Services entrusted to Brown's Family Funeral Home of McLoud, Oklahoma.
