Mona Joyce Barrett was born on February 16, 1936 to John and Ova Felton in Quitaque, Texas. Mona entered into rest on August 15, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Mona was from Bethel, Oklahoma, but was raised in Seminole, Oklahoma. Mona loved living life, but what made her world go around would be her family. She loved spending time with her loved ones as well as taking care of them when needed. A private family service will be held by the family.
