Peggy Ann Spoon of Shawnee OK passed this life on September 20, 2018 in Shawnee surrounded by her family. Peggy was born October 2, 1943 in New Hope Ok. to Vester and Dorthy Dodson. Peggy was a very talented musician and enjoyed playing her guitar. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and looked forward to and cherished all the holidays every year because she new she was going to be surrounded by her family, in just a few words she was a very kind women. In 2002 she married her love John Wesley Spoon in Shawnee OK. Preceding Peggy in her death is her husband John Spoon, bother her parents and her grandparents. Left behind to mourn her passing are her two children, son; Ted Pinkston and wife Julie of Moore OK and daughter; Terri Gibson of Shawnee OK. Five grandchildren Sean Salsman, Trevor Pinkston, Jada Pinkston, Shea Whitker, and Trey Pinkston. Along with a host of other family and friends. Peggy's legacy will be remembered by all that knew her. Visitation will be Tuesday September 25,2018 from 9:00 am to 5:00pm Services will be Wednesday September 26,2018 at 11:00 am at the New Hope Cemetery in Tecumseh OK.
