Penni Lee Rannals entered this life on July 25, 1962 to Leland Avery and Maria Mullenax in Little Falls, New York. Penni entered into eternal rest on February 2, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 60.

Penni loved being outdoors. She loved fishing and swimming. She enjoyed visiting the casino and riding Harleys. Penni was a successful entrepreneur who ran Dale and Penni's Country Bar for 15 years in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She was also the owner of the infamous firework stand in Nicoma Park before passing it down to her daughter and son in law. She spent the last 13 years of her life working Asset Protection at Walmart. Whoever came in contact with Penni was now her life long friend.

Preceding Penni in death are her parents and husband Jed. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Jamie and husband Lucus Harwick. Her step son Colt Rannals. Her grandchildren, Zachary, Kaden, and Asher. Her brothers and sisters, David and wife Connie Richards, Darlene Grainer, Charlene Link and husband Butch, Skip Avery, Lee and wife Brenda Avery, and Kevin Avery. The love of her life Terry Holderman and a host of numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
