Richard Eugene Shirey was born on January 7, 1944 to Thurman Shirey and Clura Thompson in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Richard entered into eternal rest on December 30, 2020 at the age of 76. Richard Shirey taught for many years and touched many children's lives. He also raised and bred horses in his free time. Preceding Richard Eugene Shirey in death are both his parents, Thurman Shirey and Clura Thompson. Left to mourn his passing is his sister, Brenda Briery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to a charity of your choice.
