Life long Dale resident Roy Lee Batt was born September 20, 1936 to Isaac and Elaine Batt in Shawnee Oklahoma. Roy passed this life on May 9, 2021 in Dale Oklahoma surrounded by his family. Roy loved, absolutely LOVED Dale sports. He served on the Dale School Board for 20 years. Roy enjoyed farming and ranching and was a member of Hazel Dale Baptist Church. Preceding Roy in death is his parents and his wife of 66 years Ida June Batt, daughter Cynthia Imotichey, two grandchildren Jonathan and Gabriel Imotichey, daughter in law Debra Batt, and three brothers Ray, John, and Don. Left behind to mourn his passing are his three sons; Randy Batt and wife Janie of Cache, Roger Batt of Dale, and Ronnie Batt of Dale. As well as six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Roy's legacy will be remembered by a host of other family and friends.
