Royce Alan Howell was born January 24, 1961 to Thomas and Beth Howell in Shamrock Texas. Royce went to be with his Lord on December 21, 2022 at the age of 61 surrounded by his family. Royce is preceded in death by both his parents, and his sister Sharon. Left to mourn his passing are his two children; James and wife Brandy Howell, and Christy and husband Ryon Dalrymple. One brother Pat and wife Deloris Howell, as well as seven sisters; Dana Howell, Carle Casey, Angie " Dink" Blackshear, Dixie Thompson, SaDonna Howell, Teresa Howell, and Tammy Babcock. Along with his uncle Clovis Stevens, nephew Frank Howell, niece Sharon Stites, and niece Tara Howell. Royce's legacy will be remembered by a host of other family and friends.
