Steven Allan Veenstra of Choctaw, OK passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Steve was a longtime resident of Choctaw and spent many years as the owner of Steve’s Alignment in Nicoma Park.

He was a devoted husband and father. He was active in his son’s sports and a great role model. He enjoyed football, video games, camping, and spending time at the gym.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, laid-back personality, friendliness, and willingness to help others. He had a great love for his wife and family and was a quiet pillar of strength for her, his son, nephews Hayden and Harrison and so many others.

He was preceded in death by his parents Tim and Catherine Veenstra of McLoud. His life will be forever cherished by his wife Jami Veenstra of Choctaw, son Jaden Veenstra of Choctaw, brother Dennis Veenstra of Midwest City and a host of family and friends.

Viewing will be held at Brown Funeral Home in McLoud on Monday, October 26, 2026 from 4:00-8:00pm.
