Sue Ellen Hammontree was born on November 5, 1950 to Arlie and Betty Cochran in Springfield, Missouri. Entered into rest Sunday, May 27, 2018 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the age of 67. Sue was the beloved wife to Anthony (Tony) Hammontree for 40 years. Sue enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life such as crafting; specializing in making purses. Sue also had a green thumb when it came to gardening and planting flowers. She enjoyed watching race cars and racing them when she had the chance. She enjoyed watching the birds in her yard feed off her bird feeder. She was also an avid collector of giraffes. Most importantly Sue enjoyed spending time and making lasting memories with her grandchildren. Preceding Sue Hammontree in death is her father Arlie Cochran. Left to mourn her passing is her beloved husband Tony Hammontree of the home, Mother, Betty Cochran, of Oklahoma City, Son Cody and wife Kristi Hammontree of Newalla, Son, Tony and wife Shelly Hammontree of Del City, Daughter, Taliessa Jones of Del City. Sister, Kris and husband Mike Martin of Yukon.Grandsons, Dillon Willmon, Kristofor Willmon, Travis Hammond, and Tanor Hammontree. Granddaughters, Aliessia Jones, Katelyn Jones, Tela Jones, Kaitlin Meeker, and Gabby Meeker. Memorial service for Sue Hammontree will be held Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Twin Lakes Church of the Nazarene in McLoud, Oklahoma at 6:00 pm. Services entrusted to Brown's Family Funeral Home in McLoud, Oklahoma.
