Susan Moffett-Murphy was born December 24th, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Cecil and Barbara Hall.  Susan grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Crooked Oak High School.  She obtained her GED and went on to attend college for 2 years.  Susan was a waitress for several years and then became a truck driver, where she enjoyed being able to travel across the US.  Susan retired in 1996.  Susan met her husband Don in 1997 in Elk City.  They were happily married for 24 years.  In 2001 they moved to California to help take care of her mother in law.  They moved back to Ponca City in 2013 where she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends until November 28th, 2021.  Susan never met a stranger and befriended everyone she met. Susan was preceeded in death by her mother Barbara and father Cecil, her brother John, her late husband Dallas, and 1 daughter Kodi. Susan is survived by her husband Don, brother Cecil and her 4 daughters: Barbara, Meranda, Terri, Bobbi and 1 son Joseph.  She leaves behind 11 grand children and 2 great grandchildren, and many adopted kids along the way.
