Sybil Viola Ash (Mann) was born March 10, 1957 in Antlers Oklahoma to Ruby Jo and Napolean Bonaparte Mann. She departed this life September 11, 2022 in Shawnee Oklahoma at the age of 65 years while surrounded by family. Sybil is preceded in death by her parents, brother, and grand daughter. She is survived by her loving partner, four children, and numerous grandchildren. She is also survived by an aunt, brothers, sister, nieces, and nephews. Sybil was a lover of animals and nature, she always had pets and plants, both inside her home and out. Sybil loved spending time with family and spoiling her grandchildren.
