Tommie Joe Beeson, loving father, brother and grandfather, of McLoud, Ok, passed away at the age of 69 on May 17, 2019 in McLoud. Tommie was born in Shawnee, Ok to E.A "Short" and Alice Rose (Haley) Beeson on April 25, 1950. He graduated from McLoud High School in 1969. Tommie continued to reside in McLoud after graduating. He worked at S&S Feed in Shawnee for a short time and worked the family farm with is father, "Short". Tommie had two sons, Rusty and Rocky, with Vicky Sturm of Prague. Tommie was always friendly, polite and compassionate. He would help anyone, anyway that he could, even if it meant he would have to do without. He enjoyed having friends and family around to share a laugh and great conversation with. You could always find him out for a stroll, no matter the weather. His property, north of McLoud, was his little piece of heave. He would walk and enjoy every footstep that was taken. Tommie is preceded in death by his parents, E.A. "Short" and Alice Beeson, brother, Edgar "Corky" Beeson and son, Rocky Joe Beeson. Tommy is survived by son, Rusty Joe Beeson of Casper, Wyoming, brother and sister-in-law, Freddie and Tassey Beeson of McLoud, grandchildren, Zoe, Jordan, Jessie, Makyla, Thomas, Chai, Issac, Jayden and Kayna. Tommie was loved by many and will be dearly missed. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the American Legion in McLoud from 2-4.
