Virginia Lee Stapp, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, entered into eternal rest on April 4, 2024. Born on November 21, 1939, Virginia's life was a testament to love, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys that surrounded her.
Virginia found solace and joy in the company of animals, nurturing her garden, and delving into the pages of her favorite books. Her gentle spirit and nurturing nature touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her devoted children: Janie Barker, Gail Sumpter, Joseph Stapp and his spouse Wendy, as well as the memories of her departed children, Ronald Stapp and Carolyn Welch.
Virginia leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in the hearts of her grandchildren: Ashley and Scott Lowery, Miranda and Jason Smith, Cortney and Ryan Martin, and the memory of Shannon Carpenter. She is also survived by Bobby and Christy Ledford, Candace and Pablo Guerrero, John Ledford, Jaime and Zach Rhyne, Tiffany Moody, Blaine Stapp, Kimberly and spouse Hubert Haynes, and Kody and spouse Amber Anderson.
Her memory is further cherished by her great-grandchildren: Kayla, Jason, Jalen, Gabby, Emma, Blakely, Parker, Austin, Maddox, Maverick, Chris, Anna, Conner, Keagan, Euriah, Eurian, Euraiden, Cammille, Bentley, Sadie, Kyai Haynes, Dean Haynes, Iyla Haynes, Judd Haynes, Felix Anderson, and Magnus Anderson. Additionally, Virginia welcomed into the world a great-great-grandchild, Rowan Ledford, who will carry forth her legacy with pride and reverence.
Virginia Lee Stapp's journey on this earth may have come to a close, but her love and light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty of the gardens she tended and the warmth of the love she shared.
