Carl H. Groth Sr.

Carl H. Groth Sr., 78 of McLoud, Ok. went to be with the Lord on 24th of September 2021 in Tecumseh, Ok. Carl was born on the 22nd of May 1943 to late Carl F. Groth and Rosa Bartz-Groth in Echo Minnesota. He was brought into God's family through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism as an infant in Peace Lutheran Church in Echo, Minnesota.

Carl comes from a large loving family. After losing his mother at a young age he went to live with Gerhard and Lorraine Bendix and family. 

He was a graduate of Wood Lake high school in Wood Lake Minnesota. Shortly after graduation, Carl joined the United States Air Force. Proudly serving his. country both stateside and overseas. Following his retiremnt in 1982, Carl moved to Oklahoma. He was a resident of Plum Creek apartments for many years. 

Carl is survived by two brothers. The Rev. emeritus Marlin C. and the late Barbara Zilke-Groth of Parma, Ohio. William and Loretta Groth of McLoud, Ok. Along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors. Besides his parents, He was preceded in death by three sisters, The late Alice Groth, Luella Groth Cady (Harold), and Mabel Groth. One brother the late Ernie Groth (Judy).
