Melissa Ann Attaway entered this life on August 26, 1975 to Michael King Sr. and Carol King in Fremont, California. Melissa entered into eternal rest on September 14, 2023 at the young age of 48.

Melissa cherished being surrounded by her family.

Melissa is preceded in death by her mother, Carol King and her grandparents. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, John Attaway. Her daughters, Cierra Attaway and Liberty Attaway, and her bonus daughter, Paislee Attaway. Her granddaughter, Willow Attaway, her siblings Michael King Jr., Wendy Jones, and Robert King. Her father, Michael King Sr. and a host of friends and family.
