Susan Kathy Vance

Susan K. Vance, better known as Kathy Vance of McLoud passed away on March 24, 2023. Kathy was born on September 24, 1958 in San Bernardino California. Kathy is preceded in death by her daughter Samanth Ann Vance, nephew Matthew McBride, parents Doug and Pat McBride, aunt Susan Kelly, and grandparents Ken and Dorthy Kelly.

    Kathy is survived by her daughter Kelly and son-in-law Alex Fixico and grandchildren Milah and Mathew Fixico of Mcloud. Her brothers Mike McBride and Jeff McBride, Sisters Julie Henry, Kim McBride and Tracey McBride and their loving families, and numerous friends in the McLoud Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Kathy raised her family in McLoud and worked for the McLoud School district for many years. She loved being in the preaching work, working in the yard, fishing and always had some kind of hobby in the works . Most recently she started diamond art painting. Playing games with grandchildren and friends brought her so much joy! She studied the Bible with Yvonne Sayer and was Baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on March 19, 2022.  She had a firm faith in Jehovah and his promises and knew that one day she would be with us all again.   Kathy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and was loved by all who met her. Funeral Services will be held at the Mcloud Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on  Saturday April 8, 2023 at 1:00.
